We welcome all local CrossFitters to join us at CrossFit Kawaihae for a drop-in session! Must present a valid Hawai'i State ID for Kama'āina rates. Please note that this service is only available to individuals who are currently members of a CrossFit affiliate or have advanced knowledge and experience in CrossFit.
